Plugged In is a UK National Radio Promotion company that specializes in breaking credible bands and artists at UK National Radio. Set up in 2007 by James Passmore, Plugged In aims to establish credibility for it’s acts by gaining support for them from Specialist tastemaker DJ’s at National Radio stations such as Radio 1, Radio 2, 6music, XFM, Kerrang , Q and NME Radio

Plugged In works with acts on both Major and Independent labels as well as unsigned acts. Plugged In’s work with unsigned acts aims to raise the act’s profile through National Radio airplay to generate Industry interest. Plugged In also has many useful contacts at Major and Independent record labels, publishing companies, management companies, marketing teams as well as other music PR companies, which we are always happy to utilize to help raise the profiles of our Plugged In babies.

Plugged In is part of the Lucid Group (www.lucidgroup.co.uk/site) and so occasionally works with leading UK Independent Radio promotions company Lucid PR as specialised sister company. Whilst being affiliated with Lucid, Plugged In strives to maintain its own identity and provides a different service to Lucid but to the same very high standards.
